UPDATE (Apr 15): The first day of chemo went well, with minimal side effects, and a noticeable increase in comfort from the reduction in the tumor. Everything is going as well as could be hoped so far.

UPDATE (Apr 14): The echocardiogram was clean, no sign of tumor lysis, the effusion is small, and the tumor responded well to steroids. The PICC line was successfully inserted, ready for the start of the rest of the chemo protocol tomorrow morning. Everything is as hopefully as it can be today.

UPDATE (Apr 13): Christine is admitted to hospital today for overnight monitoring. If everything looks good, Chemo can start in the morning. She'll be in the hospital just over a week, with subsequent cycles hopefully done at home. 6 3-week cycles are expected, for about 4.5 months of chemo. The prognosis for full remission is very good, but we'll know more as treatment starts.

UPDATE: As you can see, this website isn't set up yet. But, that has to be on hold for now. I'll post updates at the top of the page here when I can:
-On Thursday Apr 6, Christine was diagnosed with "Primary Mediastinal large B cell non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma". We're currently waiting on the Oncologist's appointment, and don't know more than that so far. Watch here for updates. Christine is resting at home, and has very low energy.
